[Announcement about Refunds of the October 1st, 2022 Performance]

Thank you for your continued support of LOONA.
Since we announced the postponement of the Japan tour on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, we would like to sincerely apologize for the time it has taken to inform you of the rescheduled performance.

Due to the strong will of the LOONA members to perform in Japan, the venue and LOONA’s schedule have been readjusted, and it has taken some time before we can announce the rescheduled performance. We apologize again for any inconvenience and concern this may cause you while you are waiting for the announcement.

The date and location of the rescheduled show have been decided. However, we assume that some people may not be able to attend the show. After considering all the possibilities, the management team has decided to offer refunds to all those who purchased tickets for the October 1 show.

Refund information will also be issued to those who have purchased ABEMA PPV broadcast tickets. You will receive an email from ABEMA sequentially. It will start on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Kindly check the email to request your refund within the period.

【Applicable Performances】

October 1, 2022 (Saturday)

“LOONA 1st Live “LOONATHEWORLD in TOKYO”

Place: Tokyo Garden Theater

Refunds will be issued to customers who have already purchased tickets.

Advance tickets for “ORBIT JAPAN” membership or through various “Playguides” are eligible for a refund.

※Kindly note that refunds will not be available after the refund period.

<Customers who have purchased advance tickets for membership of the “ORBIT JAPAN”>

You will receive an information e-mail from the ticket sales website. You can check the details in the e-mail and complete the refund procedure within the period.

<Customers who have purchased from Lawson Ticket>
Please apply for a refund from “My Page(*1)” on the LAWSON TICKET application site and use CASHPOST(*2) to receive your refund within the period.
Please note that refunds cannot be made from other sites than the site of purchase or outside the refund acceptance period.
Please note that refunds will be made on a per-application basis.

Note 2) CASHPOST is a service provided by eConnect, a fund transfer company regulated by the Financial Services Agency (registration number: Director General of Kanto Local Finance Bureau No. 00030).

Due to the fact that the tickets are not being received, the refunds will be processed by e-plus.

No refund procedure is required.
The refund method depends on the payment method used at the time of application. Kindl refer to the following information.

We will refund your money using the “WellNet Money Transfer Service”.
We will send you another email when the procedure is available.

Tickets for「LOONA 1st Live “LOONATHEWORLD in TOKYO 2023」will be sold as follows.

*Please note that you will need to re-apply if you wish to attend the event.
Those who have purchased tickets for the October 1 performance will be given priority to be selected.
