On the day of the performance, we will check your baggage when you enter to improve the safety of the venue.Please understand in advance.
Electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with photographic functions, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and hazardous materials are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
We cannot keep your luggage in the hall, so please leave your suitcase and other belongings in a nearby coin locker in advance and make your baggage compact.
If you find a prohibited item, follow the instructions of the staff.You will be admitted as soon as you confirm that there are no prohibited items.

 

[Recording, recording, photography, live streaming, etc.]

Photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars, recorders, video recordings, etc.) are not allowed in the hall, photography with cameras and mobile phones, video recordings, live streaming (voice and video live) to protect artist rights.

Please use the cheering goods during the performance (e.g., fans, LIGHT STICK, etc.) at the chest level.Other than LOONA’s official products in Japan and Korea, it is prohibited to use goods that emit light and sound.
Also, we prohibit the production and use of cheering goods that use LOONA’s portrait or size that may cause inconvenience to other customers.
Please note that if you find that prohibited goods are brought in or used, you may have to leave them in coin lockers outside the venue before entering, or if you do not comply, you may not be allowed to enter.

  • The winning ticket cannot be cancelled or changed in any case.
  • I can’t answer any questions about your seat.
  • Refund claims and seat transfers are not acceptable at all.
  • The date of the performance, the opening and opening hours, the performers, and the contents of the performance are subject to change. Please note that we cannot refund the ticket price in that case.
